As JETCP Yazılım A.Ş. (“JETCP”), we respect privacy and fulfill our responsibilities in this regard. Therefore, we would like to inform you under the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

According to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, commercial electronic communication refers to data, voice, and visual messages sent for commercial purposes via electronic means, such as telephone, call centers, fax, automatic dialing machines, smart voice recording systems, emails, and short message services.

Commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients after obtaining their prior consent. Commercial electronic messages cannot be sent to recipients who do not have consent on the Commercial Electronic Message Management System (“IYS”). This consent can be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication tools, or via IYS (once the system is available). The consent obtained through IYS includes an affirmative declaration of intent and an electronic communication address. Recipients have the right to reject receiving commercial electronic messages at any time, without providing any reason. A recipient’s rejection notification invalidates the consent for the communication channel through which the rejection was made. The rejection right can also be exercised through IYS (once the system is available).

If the recipient provides their communication details to be contacted, no additional consent is required for commercial electronic messages related to changes, usage, or maintenance of the goods or services provided.

For recipients who are merchants or tradespeople, prior consent is not required for sending commercial electronic messages to their electronic communication addresses. However, if merchants or tradespeople exercise their right to reject under the relevant legislation, no commercial electronic message can be sent without their consent. Before sending any communication, the electronic communication addresses of merchants or tradespeople are registered in IYS by the service provider, and it is checked whether they have exercised their right to reject.

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, based on the information provided through the website www.JETCP.com, we may contact you through any communication channel (SMS, email, phone, fax, call center, etc.) for purposes such as providing information, promotion, advertisement, product offers, promotions, campaigns, satisfaction surveys, and announcements, once you give your consent.

Even if you consent to receive commercial electronic messages under the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and relevant legislation, you have the right to reject receiving commercial electronic messages at any time, without providing any reason. We would like to remind you that the rejection notification can be made easily and free of charge through the same communication channel through which the message was sent. You can also exercise your right to reject through IYS (once the system is available).
