As the Data Controller at JETCP Yazılım A.Ş., we make every effort to safeguard our customers’ personal information. To achieve this, we provide services in an environment where world-class network, data, and physical security conditions are ensured. We regularly assess and update our security policies and practices according to changing conditions.

SSL

The SSL used on JETCP servers ensures secure data transfer by encrypting the data exchanged between users and the system. The encryption used meets the same quality standards as those used by banks.

USER ACCESS

Unless invited by you as a user, no one has access to your account. Only in case of a technical or system failure, and upon your permission, authorized JETCP personnel will access your data for support purposes.

USER PASSWORDS

Users are expected to create strong passwords and are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. If multiple incorrect login attempts are made, the user account will be blocked. Sessions that remain open for extended periods are automatically closed.

PHYSICAL SECURITY, NETWORK SECURITY, AND FIREWALLS

JETCP is hosted on Dorabase (Turkey) servers. Established in 2008 in Istanbul, Dorabase is now one of the leading companies in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region in the field of cloud technologies. Dorabase’s clients include numerous multinational and publicly traded companies, with a focus on web performance and cloud security. For added security, our servers are equipped with Web Application Firewalls, VPNs, DDoS protection, and Bot management services.

DATA SHARING

We are committed to protecting data privacy within the framework of our user agreement. We offer value-added services to our users, in collaboration with our business partners. For example, we provide online payment collection services via credit card with iyzico. Users who activate these services may share data with these companies in accordance with relevant legislation during usage.

DATA BACKUP

Your data is backed up daily to protect against potential technical issues, with each backup being stored for two weeks.

With JETCP, your data is not stored on your computer. Therefore, even if your computer is damaged, stolen, or lost, your data remains completely secure. If you need to share your data with someone within or outside the company, you can assign users to your data instead of sending it via email or USB, ensuring more secure access.

JETCP carefully protects your personal data with technical and administrative measures. The security measures taken by JETCP are provided at an appropriate level to address potential risks, within the available technological resources. Some of the measures taken by JETCP include, but are not limited to:

• Providing regular information on data security to employees involved in processing sensitive personal data.
• Exercising maximum care regarding documents that need to be transferred in paper form.
• Using backup programs to securely store personal data and applying technical and administrative measures to ensure data security.
