The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to define the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data shared by individuals (“User(s)”) who register as members on our website located at www.JETCP.com (“Site”) with JETCP Yazılım A.Ş. (“JETCP”).

JETCP processes the personal data shared with it as the “Data Controller” in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Although the content added by the User to the Site is under the User’s responsibility, the content communicated to the User electronically from the Site will not be used beyond the purposes and scope defined in the User Agreement and the Disclosure Text, nor will it be shared with third parties. In this regard, JETCP undertakes to keep the content private and confidential, treating it as an obligation of confidentiality, and to take all necessary measures and show the necessary diligence to ensure and maintain confidentiality and prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information to third parties.

Personal information may be used to contact the User or improve the User’s experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support of services, improving existing services, creating new services, and providing personalized services), or for activities such as database creation, maintaining memberships, and carrying out other necessary activities for providing JETCP’s services to the User. JETCP may process, store, and transfer personal data to third parties for these purposes.

JETCP may anonymize the usage and transaction data carried out by the User on the Site and store, process, and share it with business partners for the purposes of statistical evaluations, performance assessments, marketing campaigns by the company and its partners, annual reports, and similar reports.

Information requested from Users who respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys that may be organized on the Site and who consent to the processing of their personal data may be used by JETCP for direct marketing to these individuals, statistical analysis, and database creation purposes.

In case it is necessary to fulfill obligations under the User Agreement, if an authorized administrative or judicial institution requests information regarding the User in accordance with the relevant legislation for the purpose of conducting an investigation or inquiry, or if it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of the Users, JETCP may share the User’s information with third parties.

To identify and resolve technical issues related to the system, JETCP may need to detect and use the users’ IP addresses in certain cases. IP addresses may also be used to generally identify users and gather comprehensive demographic information.

The Company reserves the right to transfer data related to the above-mentioned purposes to servers located anywhere in the world outside the User’s country of residence (servers may belong to the Company, its affiliates, or subcontractors). The Site may contain links to other sites and applications, and JETCP assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices or contents of these sites and applications.

JETCP may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy by publishing them on the Site at any time. The changes to the Privacy Policy will come into effect on the date they are published on the Site.
